Sir/Madam,

 Sub:- Preparation of a panel for selection for the posts of  Inspector / Tech. Asst / Steno Gr-III /  Sepoy on deputation basis in NACEN, Chennai.

Options are invited to fill up the following vacant posts in the NACEN, Chennai.

2.       Officers selected for a posting in the NACEN, Chennai would normally be appointed for a period of 5 years. 

3.       It is requested that this circular may be brought to the notice of all officers in the formations in your jurisdiction and the applications of the willing officers may be forwarded to this office furnishing the following particulars. 

(1)      Name

(2)      Date of birth

(3)      Educational qualification

(4)      Present post

(5)      Date from which it is held and the scale of pay

(6)      ACR grading from 2005 onwards (duly certified by AO/Supdt,

         Confidential)

(7)      Vigilance clearance (the officers is free from vigilance cases).   

4.       It may kindly be brought to the notice of the officers that once they are selected, they will not be allowed to withdraw their option and also will they are expected to serve the NACEN till the expiry of the tenure (5 years).  

5.       In case, while working in this Directorate General the conduct & work of the officer is not found to be satisfactory, the officer shall be reverted to the parent Commissionerate / Directorate prematuredly without assigning reasons.
