Please find enclosed a list of hotels blocked for providing accommodation
to the sports persons participating in the 43rd All India Sports Meet
2010-11 to be held in Chennai from the 1st February to 3rd
February 2011. The Hotels has been allotted event wise. Also please find
enclosed a list of the officers in charge of accommodation and transportation
zone wise. The rates are for A/c Double bed room with 3 persons occupancy. The
participants are advised to pay the room rent and necessary advance at the
reception counter of the Hotel before occupying the rooms. The sports officers /
Team Managers concerned of the respective department may ensure thatn the
payments are made by the participants. The Accommodation Committee is not
responsible for any payment as the officers are eligible for entitled TA/DA and
may draw TA/DA Advance as required. The said facility has been blocked from
31st Morning to 4th Morning only.
