3.                  Notification No: 34/2004 – CE (NT) dated 1.11.2004 amending Central Excise Rules, 2002

4.                  Notification No: 35/2004 – CE (NT)  dated 1.11.2004 exempting certain clause of assessees from filing Annual Financial Information statement as required by clause(a) of sub rule (2) of Rule 12 of Central Excise Rules , 2002.

5.                  Notification No: 36/2004 – CE (NT) dated 1.11.2004 specifying the format for filing Annual Financial Information statement as required by clause (a) of sub rule (2) of Rule 12 of Central Excise Rules, 2002.
