COPY OF NOTIFICATION NO. 60/2002- CENTRAL EXCISE DATED 19.12.2002

G.S.R (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 39/2001-Central Excise, dated the 31^st July, 2002, namely:-

In para 3(ii) of the said notification, for the words "the Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Vadodara", the words "the Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Ahmedabad" shall be substituted.
